First responders occupy some of the most difficult, demanding and devastating professions in the country, and yoga teachers are saving our first responders. It’s yoga teachers that understand the important work of transformation and how to use the body, breath, and mind to heal physical and psychological stress and trauma.

Through yoga practice first responders have an opportunity to stay meaningfully connected to themselves, their jobs, their families and the communities they serve.
