The FireFlex Yoga Online program is designed to deliver the same great benefits as our in person classes but on-line.
The advantage of an on-line practice is that you can minimize distractions and issues that need your attention while you practice. This is not true for firefighters who practice yoga on duty.

We have taken our very successful 10-session program that literally hundreds of firefighters have completed creating the Beginning Online Course.
- 10 – 30 minute class targeting mobility in the hips and shoulders and strength and stability in the core, pelvis and upper back
- Includes practices to minimize stress, helping you to focus and experience more restful sleep
It’s my recommendation that you purchase the Beginning Course and practice at least once a week for ten weeks.
